River Valley Home Health and Hospice seeks to provide life changing service to patients and their families. We are passionate about serving those that are seeking recovery through our home health services or are nearing the end of life and receiving care from our hospice professionals. River Valley adheres to being guided by the goals of the patient. Furthermore, embracing patient self-determination, autonomy, and choice.

Home Health Care
We bring the care to you! No matter how complex or simple the medical issue at hand, our experienced and specially trained professionals will create a carefully crafted treatment plan with a focus on achieving the very best outcome. Our goal is to always deliver exceptional care right in the comfort of your own home.

Palliative Care
Palliative care is a form of medical treatment that manages the pain, symptoms and side-effects of chronic illness. It is important to understand what palliative care is not – it is not hospice care. In fact, palliative services are very different from hospice care in that you can receive care while still pursuing a cure.

Hospice Care
Hospice is not just for people with cancer. Patients suffering recent deterioration, frequent emergency room visits and hospitalizations or suspending aggressive treatment may also be eligible for hospice care. Hospice care can be discontinued by the patient at any time.
